The government has also provided an electronic device to assist submission\nof the application through the MAC website portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Applicant\nshould download Form No. DIR-3 from the portal, fill in the necessary\nparticulars therein, confirm and sign the form and after attaching copies of\nthe following documents, scan and file the total set of documents\nelectronically:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Specimen signature properly verified <\/li><li>Proof of identity and residence <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Photograph <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After that\nthe applicant is need to register in the form no DIR-3 after signature and\nsubmit it electronically using his own digital signature and the same shall be\nconfirmed by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>CS or Cost Accountant<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By a\ncompany secretary in full time employment or by the company director or the\nmanaging director in which the applicant become as a director. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Digital\nSignature Certificate (DSC)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The digital signature is an electronic device with the process of section 3. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.solubilis.in\/digital-signature-certificate-in-chennai.php\">digital signature<\/a> means (DSC) provided under section 35 of the information technology act 2000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rule 3(2)\nof the said rules further provided that every director, secretary or person\nmentioned in the act for authentication of e-form application or documents\netc., which are need to be delivered or filed under the act or rules made\nthereunder. They shall get a digital signature certificate (DSC) from the qualifying\njurisdiction for the reasons of that certificates. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Registration of MOA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The companies\nact 2013 under section 7 with rule 14 specifies that an advocate, chartered\naccountant, company secretary, cost accountant in practice who is involved in\nthe company registration and by the person by named in the articles. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Effect of Registration <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This MOA and AOA registration effects, if any is that the ROC under his hand will verify that the registered company as private limited company that the firm is incorporated as limited. It happened within 30 days of the date of their <a href=\"http:\/\/www.companyregistrationinbangalore.in\/\">company registration<\/a> under the act 2013. The first auditors of a company are appointed by the board of directors with in 30 days of the date of their company registration.
