It does not need which mean the company is an Indian Branch of some foreign company like \u201c RS Electricals (India) Private Limited\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the suggested name contains the word \u201cState\u201d on with the state name like \u201cBangalore\nState Company Limited\u201d it should not be permitted as it would give an\nimpression of the Bangalore State government participating in the share capital\nof the proposed company. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the suggested name contains the word \u201cCorporation\u201d, unless the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.companyregistrationinbangalore.in\/\">company <\/a>could be considered as a large sized company. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">So, the words \u201cCompany\u201d and \u201cCorporation\u201d may be considered as nearly resembling for intention of assigning a new name. <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, a company name \u201cBangalore Finance Incorporation\u201d already exists. \u201cBangalore Finance Corporation\u201d should be regarded as unwanted within the meaning of section 20 of the act. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the suggested name contains the words like German, British, French, etc. unless the promoters fulfill that there is some type of connection and collaboration with the foreigners of that specific place or country. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The name that is formed in the name. It should not be permitted unless the company has some relationship with British. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Even where, exclude for the first word, all the other words of the suggested names are same to those of an existing company.
