However, there are number of likeness between a limited company and other\nformation of relations, there are huge number of unlikeness as well. In both\nthe actions individuals are the matters, and commonly trading is the object. In\nthe below paragraphs, a limited company is differentiated from a registered\nsociety, a Hindu joint family business and a partnership firm. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Difference between Company and\nPartnership <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The major points of difference between a partnership firm and a company are\nas follows: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A company is a different legal person, but a partnership firm<\/a> is not different from the several persons who create it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a partnership, the firm and its property of the distinct including it. In\na company, it connects a company and not to the persons containing it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a partnership firm individual are creditors partners and an order against the firm can be performed against the partners severally and jointly. The individuals are not performed their members and they can manage only for their company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 The company members are not an agent,\nbut the partners are the agents of the firm. A partner can discard the property\nand sustain responsibilities as he proceeds in the process of the firm\u2019s\nbusiness. The company member not has any powers.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A partner is not bond with his firm, but a company member can. <\/h6>\n\n\n\n

A partner is not making his shares to transfer and create the transferee of\nthe firm member is without the acceptance of other partners. But normally a company\u2019s\nshare can be transferred. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Provisions on a partner\u2019s rule included in the partnership agreement do not\nattach outsiders. Such rules registered in the articles are successful. Because\nthe public are move to familiarize themselves with them. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A partner\u2019s responsibility is always huge whereas that of shareholders may\nbe restricted either by a guarantee or by shares. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A company distinguished has continuous succession, i.e. the failure of a shareholder or the death or all of them does not affect the company and their life. But the death or failure of a partner terminates the firm. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A company may have a greater number of members, but in private limited company <\/a>that cannot have more than 50 members. There must not be less than 7 persons in a public company and only two persons in a private limited company. But a partnership firm includes only 20 members in any business. In the banking business only 10 members are required. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Legally a company is need  to audit his\naccount annually by a chartered accountant (CA). But, in a firm the accounts\nare managed at the choice of the partners. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Difference between company and hindu joint family business <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

A company includes different members, but a hindu joint family business includes\nsimilar members. Since it contains joint family members itself. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The manager has the complete power of the Hindu Joint Family business to\ndeal debts for business and other coparceners cannot perform on their own. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Joint Hindu Family business, a person becomes a member of by their goodness of birth. It does not effect the company registration<\/a> activities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is not mandatory for registration on carrying business for earn by a\nHindu Joint Family still the members are increases to twenty. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Difference between corporation and\ncompany <\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Commonly speaking an group of persons registered on the relevant law and covered with legal personality different from the persons is creating known as corporation. Both the words \u201ccorporation\u201d or \u201cbody corporate\u201d is used in the companies act 1956. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
