For company registration Pan card is required for proposed directors of the company. Permanent Account Number or PAN is a unique identification number given by the Income TAX of department of India. During the company registration<\/a> process, it is mandatory for directors who are Indian Nationals to submit PAN.<\/p>\n

Address Proof<\/strong><\/p>\n

The proposed director must submit their address proof with PAN card copy. The director name must be mentioned in the PAN Card that has the address proof. It must be the current address of the proposed director. The documents are not older that two months.<\/p>\n
